MILÆ is a flat city race held every year in Mosjøen, starting and finishing at Kippermoen stadium. Participants can choose between a competitive class or a fun run class without timing, and EVERYONE is welcome! You can take part in MILÆ 10 kilometers, Half 5 kilometers, FAMILY 5 kilometers, or a children's race of approximately 900 meters, also without timing. The course is designed for speed and excitement, with only 14 meters of elevation gain on the 5 km loop.
